Refunds

Creative Strategies With Tazz has a strict no refund policy. All sales and payments are final and, in cases, decided by Creative Strategies With Tazz a credit for services can be offered.

Retainers

Retainers are as per individual contract.

In rare cases where retainers/ contracts are broken, services already rendered by Creative Strategies with Tazz will be charged or invoiced to client by market related hourly rate of $90 per hour, regardless of the rate and stipulations listed in said contract.

By agreeing to accept services from Creative Strategies with Tazz you aggre to the above terms.
